NEVER AGAIN WILL I TAKE MY CAR TO THEM!!!!!!

1. THEIR PRICE MODEL IS VERY MISLEADING!! DO NOT TAKE FOR GRANTED THAT THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST - BEST SHOP AROUND!!! BMW GENUINE PARTS(direct from BMW) worked out much cheaper than their quote!!!<br> 2. On 10/06/15, my car's brakes failed and I took them to Car Service City. The car overnighted there, and the following afternoon I was told that the brake fluid container's cap is missing! what can a woman honestly have done with the cap - put it in my handbag? They were adamant that it's missing, while I left my car in their capable hands. To this day, I am still very upset, as the cap is still missing - thanks to the frigging ******!! I would NOT recommend them to anyone!!! My experience with them has left a very bitter taste in my mount!!!
