My vehicle was booked at Kempton Park to replace a part, they then drove my vehicle out of poor negligence into a pole, my whole boot needs replacing, I have been sending emails they are not providing me with their insurance details, I am now told they can have my vehicle repaired at a repairer of their choice, the repairer that they are recommending is not even RMI approved, my vehicle is still not fixed, they cant assist with a courtesy vehicle, they only apologize the whole time for the inconvenience caused, yet here I am, a vehicle that was left in their hands in good faith and trust, they dont even practice TCF. I WILL NEVER EVER BUT NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, THIS IS THE WORSE SERVICE EVER, my car goes in for repairs of R5600 plus and I am sitting with damages of almost R43 000, WORSE COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
