My vehicle had to be towed out of their workshop!!!???

My experience with Car Service City, Cedar has been a living hell! Never have I regretted making such a bad decision in my entire life. After a rough 2020, I decided to take my family on holiday in December. I took my vehicle into Car Service City Cedar for a minor service and basic checkup before travelling. My vehicle came out of their workshop in an unroadworthy state. 3 Months Later I had to tow my vehicle out of their workshop!!! They couldn’t fix the mess they had inflicted on my vehicle. Where has anyone heard of a vehicle having to be towed out of a workshop, after being driven in for a minor service? Please consider your options carefully before making the same mistake that I made.
