My ******/"lost" service book & faulty breaks

<p>I took my car (2015 Ford Fiesta) in to get the break pads and disc pads replaced at car Service City Illovo 25 November 2016 </p> <p> </p> <p>Less than 2 months after getting my breaks and disc pads replaced at Car Service City Ilovo, they now sound faulty and are making a grinding sound everytime I put my foot on the breaks. Thsi is compeletly unacceptable and dangerous. Thankfully I still have my 6 month warranty and they will have to fix teh probelm for free. </p> <p> </p> <p>My car was barely over 20 000kms when I took my car in to get the brakes and discs fixed, it has NEVER been touched by any other mechanics other than Ford dealership after my first service at 15 000kms.</p> <p> </p> <p>My car service book went missing after my car was at car service city Illovo and the refuse to take any accountability and are unwilling to assist. Like most people, there is never any reason to ever take you service book out of your car and I have never done so.</p> <p> </p> <p>Do not take your car there if you have a motor plan rather stick to your car make delaership it is NOT worth the CHEAP service.</p> <p> </p>
