multiple break down

I took my car I for service last month. at first when I got my car, it was slower and parts had to be replaced. on Thursday I was driving on the highway and my car said \check sparkplug\" , which is supposed to be part of the service. This is the second incident with this branch. The last time I took my car to your branch in honeydew, yet again I almost died on the highway because my bolts were not *****ed in properly in my tyres which nearly cost me my life. After spending so much money on fixing and service of my car, I've had two incidents that nearly cost me my life and damaged my car. I am ****ed at the level of service I have been receiving and I would like my car fixed as I have already payed, and your receipt states spark plugs under major service. I expect a resolution as soon as possible at no expense from me because these troubles only began after I sent my car to your branches. I will arrange for your head office to be caked and confront the manager of the branch cause this is bull ****. I can't go back twice because you didn't do your job properly the first time. I will be expecting a call from you as soon as possible and a resolution. "
