More issues after repairs

I brought my car in to replace the Clutch Master Cylinder on Thursday 8 October, and for that they need to take out the steering coloumn. So they had to remove wires and so forth, and now my airbag light stays on and my car alarm and immobiliser does not work properly. The auto electrician that they use can only come and get the car later this afternoon and it will most probably stay there overnight, meaning that I will again sit without the car. Head office refuses to give me a rental car, even though it is not my fault that there is now issues with the car. They only offer me a taxi, but this is not acceptable.
