Misleading quotes and incomplete jobs!

I took my car in for service. The manager Mario called me later to inform me that in addition to the service that they quoted me they found other issues with the car. He listed some of the work to be done and I asked how much it was and I was quoted a little bit in excess of R700,00, an amount which I said back to him on the phone and he confirmed. He then told me that the car would not be ready by EOD, as he had trouble fixing a fault with the car and said I could collect it in the morning and I asked that he call me and confirm the next day.<br> <br> The next day, I called the branch to ask them about the progress of the work as they had not got in touch with me and the lady who works there assisted me and called me back to tell me that it would be ready by lunch. I got to the branch and when I got to the counter I found an astronomical bill amounting more than R6000,00.<br> <br> They charged me for work that was not done AT ALL and put in parts that did not even resolve the fault in my car which makes absolutely no sense! After that the manager was rude to me after he misled me on the cost. <br> <br> Head office has not resolved my matter and I strongly urge everyone to reconsider using them.
