misleading & poor service

I sent my car for major service which costs R1495.00 so there were other things that needed to be fixed so they added costs which total to R5535.00, excluding electrician which costs R1950 except R300 for on call. All the things that were supposed to be fixed by an electrician only fork lights that were fixed other things were not done, they called him @ 11h30 and we waited for him until 17h00 he never came, they kept on saying he's on his way until I requested to be refunded the money so I can take the car to another electrician they only refunded for one item out of 6, I requested for the old parts that he (electrician) replased they were not there. In short we paid for the services that were not rendered & we waited 5 he's for nothing. The total amount amount I paid is R7200@ Nedbank
