I booked my Audi for major service, they wrongly advised that the service include changing of spark plugs, only to be called and told I should buy platinum plugs, which when I made a booking they said they will including changing the plugs. I paid 4000 for the major while they only changed oil. They advise customers wrongly so they can make money. I have asked for the recording when I made a booking, they only provided the recording when they were proving a report on the car.

I need car service to replace my spark plugs because I was taken advantage of and wrongly advised.
