I had my car towed in by a tow truck they had referred me to when I called them about my flat battery. This was between Sep-Nov 24. We arrived at the Car Service City Cedar Square with the tow truck, I paid the tow truck and it left, this is after they direcyed it to offload my car, and I requested a new battery purchase and fitment. They 'replaced' it, I paid and left. A week ago my car doesn't start due to flat battery, as I was charging it I noticed how old the battery looks and with white powdery substance, it's dated 2023! When I called them they told me "they have no record of the service". They have every record of the prior services I had taken the car in for and "coincidentally not this one so can do nothing about it". Wow, just wow!!
