loss of items in my car

i took my car for a service and i had my cologne in a storage facility under the staring wheel, <br> i went to collect the car after the service was done but realized my possessions were missing.<br> i called the facility to enquire or report my missing items, i was told that they will confront their staff to find out if anyone had seen the items.<br> i then received an email confirming that no one had seen the items.<br> i then called the head office to complain and was promised to be called back by the business manager at the franchise, however i am still waiting for a call till this day.<br> <br> i am dissatisfied at the fact that i lost my items and no responsibility has been taken or cameras viewed to see what transpired.<br> i will never ever take my car to be serviced there, i wanted to open a police case against them, but its not worth it!
