LIVID, DISAPPOINTED,INCONVENIENCED!!!

Hi. I took my car for service then when returned it was damaged on the side of the boot . As soon as I came back from service I checked my car and noticed that no my boot had been pressed. So now I call and they say we should bring it in the morning and mind you at a time of call it was 17:00 then we then went to check out if they stilll open so that they can see what happened. Now my car has been ok and all of a sudden something is wrong and yet the manager says that a woman does not a much force to suppress the boot. He still tells me that he is not a panel beater as he doesn't know the difference between a dent and scratch . I really don't know if it's still worthy to take any car of mine to service with them . It's uncalled for to be honest.
