Know it all, ill-mannered manager

After sales service is a problem, the manager is a loud voice with no manners nor customer service tendencies at all. He seems to be a know it all with no listening ear to the customer. Its the 5th time I experience this with him and have had enough. After this, I will have to think twice about taking my cars there for service
