Jimmy shouts and swears and female customer

Worked well with the Clear water branch until recently, my wife took my car back because of an issue that started after I got my car serviced, the car started loosing coolant and my wife took it back for them to check and I was concerned about the price they were charging and the change in pricing even after the car was there, when I asked for assurance Jimmy started shouting at my wife and swearing saying he doesn't have time for this **** he is a busy guy even after I highlighted the fact that the car started giving issues after the service, which seems a bit suspicious and concerning to me hence I wanted assurance. Jimmy is unprofessional and was swearing and shouting at a woman which is uncalled for.
