Jeep

I took my Jeep into CSC for a rattling noise, which I found out was the ball joint on my front left wheel. Thinking and doing some research the cost or repair would not be very extensive. When I received a quote it was in excess of R45 000.00 as I am sure you are shocked I was too. On contacting Clinton I was told it was my drive shift, steering rack, and joints. This is after I bought the car not even 5 months ago.

Bearing in mind that I hardly drive my car and certainly not doing anything extreme.

I again contacted CSC and the quote was revised and now is R19 00.00 thus all set and done I took out a plan with M-sure and they are only prepared to cover R5 500.00 of the total quote (R45 00.00) this was sold to me by motus Select in tokai with the promise that is ANYTHING mechanical they would cover the cost (M-sure cover was R25 000.00)

I am very upset with all parties as CSC did not have a merchant number with M-sure then the costs. This while repair has still not been completed and service has been horrific.

Please can someone assist with sorting this out. (M-sure is impossible to contact and CSC cannot give me a number or client representative to speak to I just get told to email them)
