Inferior Products bad service - Car Service City Honeydew

On 27 June 2019 I took my vehicle in for a major service at Car Service City Honeydew, which cost me over R6,000.00. In November my car was leaking oil and I went back to them. I was told that the incorrect oil filter was fitted, and they fitted a new one. Exactly 5 months later the same thing my car is leaking oil and on inspection we find that the oil filter is gone. Are Car Service City fitting inferior products to their customers vehicles or is this just a coincidence. I am now stranded not only due to the Lockdown, but because there are no spare shops open now to purchase a new oil filter.
