Hello Peter ,

I took my car to car service city silverton, for having creaking sounds when it turns and the manager there told me that we need to replace control arms and stabilizer which a agree and bought all which was required,then few days later after installation of those parts the same noise came back and I took it back since it was still under warranty ,I didn't get help from the branch and I escalated the matter to their head office,Even their head office seemed to fail to resolve that issue their alleging that its because of modification in my car which I don't know of,i sent them a car history and the right control arms and give them chance to put those which they believe their right ,Mercedes benz agree to confirm their parts through a report,so I felt been failed by car service city silverton and their head office, and now im prepared to take legal action against them in pursuing my full refund, my car registration number is DL 05 FW GP,
