***********, Horrible service ever received

<p>I took My Bakkie Nissan Hard Body to Car service city Witbank on the 3rd week of December 2016 due to a sound that was coming from the engine, when i went the i was told the sound was coming from the crank shaft , after 3 days i was charged R3500 claiming that they had fixed the car, but when i took the car home, te sound was still there, my husband rechecked the car and found out that the car`s engine was never touched and he tookthe car back to the workshop and Owen at Car service city Witbank admitted that they didnt strip the engine, they later found out that the noise wasnt coming from the crank shaft, unfortunately i already had given them my other car, a Mercedes A180 which also had a sound when i start it, I was told that the Aircon Pump was damaged that`s why it was making the noise, the car was kept with them for close to 3 weeks , when i call i was told that they could not get the aircon pump due to public holidays.On the 11/01/2017 i was called to pick up the car, but when i got there the car was even worse than when i brought it, it was also smoking and The sound was even worse, i asked the Owen guy who told me he thinks its the fan belt, he was planning to put it, then i asked why he called us to pick the car up and ther was no answer, So the fan belt was replaced on the car and around 6pm same day we came back to pick up the car, the car was smoking. sound was still there. On the 12th /1/2017 i took the car to work with me and within a distance of 5km` the engine sign showed up on the dashboard, the smoking got worse, i got stuck along the highway N4, i called my husband to bring another car to me so that i could go to work because i was already late and my hsband called Owen who sent two guys and they "just" escorted my car back home, when he was asked as to wahts the way forward he said he would come with some machine to my house to reset the car and i gave him the ultimatum to bring back my money and let me take my car somewhere else or face a legal case and he said to me he talked to his boss who said we must bring back the car, and i told him i am not mentally retarded to be repeating the same thing again, all i am saying is i am taking this Workshop the highest level there is in the country.. Justice must prevail , i cant waste close to R10000 for them to mess up my cars.</p>
