Incompetency of Car Service City Menlyn

I took in my Audi A4 for service with the car service city few weeks ago with the brake pads warning light as well as the central braking light warning. I paid a good R5k of my hard-earned money for the service plus disc skimming but the technician did not bother to remove the two warnings. when confronted about it by my husband, told him that due to some small wire missing from my brake pads, the warning cant be removed and did not notice the central brake light warning. what kind of *********** nincom****s are running this place?

when the manager was confronted he told my hubby that he needs to come in the following day and would be charged on new invoice/job card!!! What the hell?!?!?! till today, 4 weeks later i'm driving a "serviced" car that has warning lights beeping

this was not the first time this happened, in 2017 when we took in the car for service, they "forgot" to clear the service light. which subsequently took them half the day to figure out how to clear it.

Please don't bother taking your car there as the manager has a stinking attitude and does not car about client service.
