I would like to express how disappointed I am with the service I got from car service city in Constantia Kloof , rooderport

I took My car there about 2 weeks ago to change brake and disc pads and they incorrectly installed everything. My car had no problems when i took it in and when i picked it up it made a funny noise when braking .

I gave them three chances to fix their mistake and they couldn't , instead the manager blamed me for the noise which was never there when i took the car to them.

I took the car to the dealership who confirmed that they incorrectly installed the parts .

They charged me R11 0000 for a job not well done . They changed one of my break calipers and installed an aftermarket one only to find that the caliper was never an issue .

They promised me they use quality parts , only to find that the breaks they incorrectly installed are after market.

I had to pay the dealership again for their negligence

i emailed their head office regarding their complaints handling process and haven't heard anything from them up until today .
