I paid for Nothing
<p>These people failed to fix my car and advised me to rather sell it. After they told me its the Mounting and the liks. Well Quick to replace and failed to show me which part have been removed. Same problem still there then they told me its now suspension and not suspension but a stering rack after three days. Raised the matter with their complains officer who refered me to a manager (Head office) who has never rep**** to my mails. I was told to PAY FIRST before i can test drive my car. Complains means nothing to them. I lost count how times i have taking back the car to them so that keep ove the weekend. When i got back the car empty coke bottle and there was some one eating a PIE in the back seat, so that i can clean after them</p>
I really cant believe this people, After the review i wrote on the this page. The manager(Christian Neumann) who has been avoiding my mails for weeks called me to tell me to Bring my car to Sandton. Im in Pretoria why Sandton? He does not even care about his clients or our need as his clients. I told him my car has been fixed and everything they told me to fix is still in good order. I told him i wont ever let him or his people touch my car, and he said MY CAR IS NOT ROAD WORTHY. My questions: how does he know that, and why would he want me to drive from PTA to Sandton in an unroad worthy vehicle? I will never ever recomend YOU PEOPLE to my Friends or my enemies. Thats why there was always Complains every time i weny t to thir work shop.
