Horrible service, will never go back!

I had my car serviced at Car service city, Gerhard street yesterday. Both the manager and the receptionist don't have a clue how to handle or work with public. There is a huge lack of communication between them and to their customers. Both the manager and receptionist made me so angry that I just wanted to pay and leave. The only thing they are good at is to upset your day.
