Horrible service Car Service City Tygervalley

I took my car in for a service on Friday 29 July 2022. They phoned me shortly after to say that I have to replace my brake discs and pads. I then said they can continue. After the call I decided that I wanted to get more quotes to compare and called them back after 30 minutes to stop them, because I got a cheaper quote. They then claimed to already have fitted the discs and pads, and they cant stop. They also said my car is already in the queue to be washed.

When I collected my car, the car was still wet, so clearly it wasnt at the washing when I called. I also asked for the parts that were removed, but they didnt give me the parts.

They also failed to reset the service interval notification.

Today (Monday 1 August 2022) I was driving and there is a rattle front right. The front brakes were replaced. I am taking the car back tomorrow.
