Horrible service

Horrible service. I called car service city Germiston to find out if they service my car make, they confidently said they do. I took the car in. During the cause of the day they phoned and informed me on my car brakes that are in a bad state and not safe to drive the car. I then informed them that I will bring the vehicle another day for that. Upon my arrival for collect late afternoon, the car was still out in the rain and still not serviced as they were waiting for oil. The following day I realised the service light was still on, took the call back, they attempted to remove but failed, promised me that they will be getting a new machine on Friday and I should come back then. I then decided to to take the car for a second opinion on brakes, unfortunately they **** about brakes, confronted them on Friday, tried to deny till we agreed to take brakes out for condo, indeed the brakes were still in a good condition. They apologised and promised to take the vehicle to a specific dealership to remove the service light but have not done so. So disappointing
