Horrible service at Car Service City Emalahleni branch

No matter what you do, DO NOT take your car to CAR SERVICE CITY in Witbank/eMalahleni Branch. Their services are extremely horrible! Took my car there on Tuesday, it came back with more issues than before. They can’t explain the issues, had to rebook the car for service again at BMW so that they can diagnose what these issues are now and resolve them!

On top of that they broke my rear view mirror holder and acknowledged it on the day. When I went back so that they could fix it, they changed their story and are now saying I should go buy a double-sided tape and they will stick it together for me!

I am so ****ed. My brother ended up swearing at them today because we couldn’t get any assistance from them!

The Manager is very arrogant!!!!
