Horrible service

Promise and raldi who are responsible for the car service city caused damage to my car that I have been servicing with them since 2013,the problem was picked up,I took the car back to them,they kept my car for three weeks and then called me and told me a long list of things that needs to be replaced in the car and then said I will have to pay R64 000. This is not for a new engine,its to replace a few things on a polo vivo,R64000??after that they gave me the most horrible most rotten attitude making clear that their top priority is not their customers,but how they can get money out of customers. I'm extremely disgusted. Raldi even went as far as telling me not to contact her anymore. How does one say such to a unhappy customer? Is this how car city service treats their customers?????? Whoever reads this,STAY AWAY FROM CAR SERVICE CITY BOKSBURG BRANCH. They will mess up your car and not even feel bad about it,not even a single bit. One lie after another...
