Honeydew Car Service City... Such devious ******.

Received the worst service from the Honeydew branch. Took my car in for a major service. At the initial service the stabalizer links were replaced.

Within 3 months the same stabilizer links broke again. As the parts were still under their warranty, I took the car back to the honeydew branch. During this visit they refused to replace the parts as they mentioned there was more wrong with the car which would make fitting the stabalizer links fruitless. They gave me a quote for R5000. Sensing the dodginess, I took the car to Toyota for a second opinion. They confirmed that all the stuff listed in the R5000 quote was not necessary.

I went back to the honeydew branch armed with the info from Toyota. All of a sudden they were in agreement with Toyota and just fixed the stabilizer links as per the warranty.

Today, about 2 months later... Yet another issue with the stabalizer links. After going to Car Service City Fourways branch they informed me that poor workmanship was done and that the honeydew branch didn't put all the parts of the stabalizer on the car at all.

This issue that is seemingly small has ended up costing me a ton simply because of devious and ********* service from the Honeydew branch.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!!
