Highly disappointing service

I took my car in for a Major Service and was highly disappointed with the outcome of my service. Although the two front desk ladies were attentive and friendly, the end result was not worth the amount I paid for. I got quoted a Rate which was relatively low. I questioned Werner three times to double check what the major service includes and if the rate is correct. He assured me the major service includes Spark plugs, new engine oil, car wash and vacuum, labor, as well as all my mechanical checks to name a few. I received a call later in the day from Werner stating he needs to add Anti-Freeze, break fluid and engine oil, which in my opinion should already be included in a major service. I agreed to the additional R 800.00 on top of my original quote. When paying my final bill I noticed a additional R 500.00 for VAT excluding my original quote and additional R800.00? Which public business quotes a client with VAT not included? In the end of the day, I paid double my initial quote and to top it off my car wasn't even vacuumed on the inside. The water spots were clearly visible on the outside. The tyre polish was so wet, while driving off it all blew onto the side of my vehicle which is white in color. All that was done on the inside was a little car spray was used and the dashboard was wiped off lightly. While doing the light check, my spotlight didn't work which was fully functional before I took the vehicle in. The gentleman that assisted with the all around checks questioned if there was a "go-ahead" on the light almost insinuating that it wasn't working before I brought the vehicle. Turns out the bulb was fused which just needed to replace but the gentleman didn't even know you access the spot light plug the the front bonnet. I called Car Service City Stonewood Business Park, Kraaifontein to express my dissatisfaction. The reception lady mentioned Werner will be returning my call which he never did. I felt taken advantage off and will most definitely not be retuning for my next service.
