Happy Customer

Had a great customer experience on both occasions - the first was for a major service of my Ford Fiesta and the second time was to replace the cam-belt on the same. The second time I went there was an issue with removing the cam-belt (car went in for a cam-belt service). They broke some part (that was not included in the original quote) and included it on the invoice which I saw when I collected the car. After speaking to the manager/owner we quickly sorted it out and they didn't charge me extra for the part that broke - as it was not part of the original quote for the job. They did mention though, that they will include that part in future quotes and from my understanding it was only R200 +/- extra. This is the only reason that I did not give 5 stars. But I'm sure that next time when someone comes with a similar car they will not make the same mistake. All around it was still a very good experience and I will definitely be going back. :) Above all else, their prices are really good! Keep it up Edenvale Car Service City.
