Great Service from Dudu, Sam and Lebo: Protea Glen !!!

I was initially very frustrated with the mechanic at service city, but I must say the Management team Sam, Dudu and Lebo from Protea Glen branch was very helpful in resolving my query. Throughout the conversation they displayed professionalism, caring and customer oriented. It meant taking a lot of time and effort on their part and did not stop until they found out what had happened. It was an example of a rare case of professionalism in the industry.
