My car has been at this service centre since March 2025, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. I paid the full quoted amount, the vehicle has been returned to me twice and broke down both times. Every time one problem is supposedly fixed, another one arises. Since then, major work has been done, and many parts had to be replaced. The engine block has been replaced a few times. I still do not have possession of my car and have been given no clear explanation or timeline for when this will be resolved. After months of repairs and repeated failures, I have lost confidence in the workmanship and communication. For the past few months, I only get updates when I request it Based on the repeated failed repairs and escalating work, I no longer believe this workshop has the necessary expertise to properly diagnose and repair my car. Despite this, they are unwilling to send the vehicle to a specialist or another workshop that may be capable of resolving the issue. Further steps are now being considered
