********** Service claims

I would not recommend Car Service City Strubens to anyone. Have booked my car in for its service about 2 weeks ago, where the service was claimed from my service plan. After a week the engine light came on, where we took it back to the service centre and was told something else was wrong, the cam sensor. They cleared the light and by the time we got to the robot, the light came on again. We started investigating and found that the spark plugs was not changed, the oil was not changed aswell as the oil filter was not replaced. But all these things was charged for on my service plan. I feel totally disgraced to think you trust people with your property, just to find out that they are dishonest. As well they claim for stuff that was not done and could lead to ********** claims to the insurance.

Then it is not even the damage the car can have because of a service that has not properly been done.

This Car Service City Strubens I would not recommend to anyone and will definately not see us again.
