False advertising and *******s

I took my car for a major service to Car Service City. On their brochure they listed what a major service includes. On my vehicle they did not Adjust the handbrake. They did not advise what kind of oil was used. And also they failed to provide me with the auto electricians diagnostic report that I had paid R 399-00 for. My car was still not repaired and I am not satisfied with the service provided.
