Failed to fix car first time around

I took my car to Car Service City in Woodmead in February for a warranty repair on the thermostat housing. Unfortunately, the issue returned shortly after, and despite not using my car much, they insisted it was the same problem. It’s frustrating that they didn’t want to take any responsibility. This small issue has affected my car's overall functionality, and now I have to let it go. I trusted them to do the job right, but they didn’t deliver. I recommend doing thorough research before taking your car there; this specific branch has not met my expectations.
