Extremely upset customer

I am to say the least disgusted by the service I received at Car service city Parkmore. My car went in for service today 30th November 2018, I received a call as per norm from them to inform me about the car and on the call the manager told me that they have fixed a water leak on the car and they also need auto freeze from me and that will cost a total of R247, firstly no one asked me if they can fix the leak, they call me to inform me that its done and i need to pay for labor and at that point it seemed like i had no choice because they had already fixed the leak on my car. I agree to the R247 only to find a different amount on why invoice and i am now told that the R247 is just for labour and the anti freeze is not included on there, thats not what was discussed with me and i request call recordings as proof of my conversation with the man. I ended up paying an extra R400 which was not on my budget. I am extremely upset at the service considering I have been servicing my cars with you guys for years now. I request feedback on this
