EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE FROM CAR SERVICE CITY

Car Service City ["CSC"] is not helpful nor care for you as the Client. I Took my car in BMW to do an overall on the valves and stop the smoking, thereafter I had an oil leakage and I PAID FOR IT IN FULL TO BE FIX, (in my garage at home, I do have with chip board to allow me picking up of any leakage etc...) returning from CSC (remember the chip board has been cleaned before I return the car back from "the fix") +- 1.5 week/s later my white chip board was again full of oil and I had to use Uber to buy a 5L Oil from Midas in order to full up an empty oil car in order to start it. I did Whatsapp the evidence to them, their reply come see us. I am working Monday to Saturday how can they expect from me just to do a "tool down"? Unfortunately they are looking down on you and they will milk you as far as they can. Now my valves are also make trouble again, less than a year. I tried to remedy the dispute by calling their head office as I do not trust their franchisees, I received an email to explain and provide evidence, it is now near 2 months later and CSC Head Office DID NOTHING. Al they want is your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please help me, I need help from good company, this is my income.

I am in process of Sueing them.
