Extremely poor and unprofessional!

My wife's car went in for a minor service at the Meadowdale branch. She does not drive a lot. The Odo was only at 7081kms after nearly 5 years from brand new. After nearly 6 months, less that ****ms later, we saw a bit of an oil drip in the driveway, and to our surprise, the oil cap was missing. We phoned and inquired about it. The lady was quite offish with us and indirectly blamed us for not checking that the oil cap was on when we collected the vehicle. It is beyond comprehension when it is expected that the owner has to confirm that the "qualified" mechanic did his job properly! I fear for anybody that uses them to service their brakes! They have definitely lost a customer.
