Extremely Disappointed

On the 02nd of December I took my car for service in New Road, Midrand. I am not happy with the service at all. I was not called the whole day. I dropped the car off around 8am, and around 4pm I called to find out if my car was ready and if my brake pads were checked as I had requested but was told that they are not that bad and I can still drive with them. When I got there, I was told that there are identified issues with the car that need to be addressed. reverse light globe, front left park light globe, pollen filter, etc., and I was not impressed, as I was expecting to get a call so that I could decide if these things can be fixed or at least receive a call to find out what to do in this situation. On top of that, my Lensmart prescription glasses were also not in my car, as I left them, and no one knows where they are. I was also promised that I would get the quotation with all the identified issues, but up until today I never received it. I think Centurion is better that the new road car service city.
