I want to express great gratitude toward the Car Service City Menlyn branch in dealing with my Lexus after a roadworthy test pointed out some issues.

From the start at reception where Alta Botha received the vehicle her service was friendly, punctual and accompanied with a positive attitude and always willing to help. She continually updated me with voice and mail confirmations and dealing with her was a pleasure.

Both Alta and Helen the Branch Manager/ Owner went out of their way to ensure the vehicle will be ready for the follow-up test at the Roadworthy center.

I have to take my hat off and congratulate you all on excellent service and I will recommend your services to everyone I come across.
