Engine wiped with oil saturated clothe

I took my car for service to Car Service City Middelburg, the service was done perfect but what surprised me is the Engine which was washed with OIL. I will never take my car there for service again. Instead of wiping engine compartment with dump clothe the used oil saturated clothe. If you don't remember my car it was Gray Polo 1.4, with sunroof..
