Endless Frustration: Brake Problems Unresolved at Car Service City Randburg

I'm very disappointed with the service I received from Car Service City Randburg. I initially brought my car in to address a loud squeaking noise when applying the brakes, expecting the brake pads to be replaced. Unfortunately, they installed low-quality, counterfeit brake pads, which made little to no difference.

After complaining, I was told to bring my car back for replacement pads. Despite having the brake pads replaced three times over five visits, the issue persists. This has caused me significant frustration and expense, as I had to repeatedly travel back and forth without any resolution. To this day, my car's brakes remain unfixed.
