Dont Use Car Service City

I took my vehicle in for a major service to car service city in Durban Umhlanga, they firstly quoted me on parts that were not put into the vehicle, when I called them out on this they said that its there decision to make, secondly they replaced my brake pads and the vehicle is now not braking properly, it makes a huge sound and the manager at the branch is very arrogant and is no help what so ever, I contacted the head office and the person that was dealing with the complaint refuses to assist, she advised me that the dealership dose not need to disclose what parts are put onto the vehicle. <br> <br> To add to this, I called a parts company and for the same parts that were put onto my vehicle I could get it for almost half the price, I raised this to the head office and they advised that the dealership can add any mark up they feel necessary. <br> <br> All in all I would advise NO one to take there vehicle into car service city, terrible service and they will for sure damage your vehicle. <br> <br> They have no concept of customer service.
