We took my husbands Audi to Car Service City, they ran diagnostics... no problem there, we were then told that they cant quite be sure what the problem is (The car was over heating) and that they needed to take it apart which they would charge us R2500 to do to check the head gasket... this is even before they repaired anything!!!!!! <br> <br> When we went to fetch the car at 16:55 (They close at 17:00... apparently) no one was there so yet another waste of time.<br> Went back the next day, had to ask what the findings were in the diagnostics (This should have been presented to us as we paid for the service) and not once was anything about a head gasket mentioned.<br> <br> Asked why they were not there at 16:55, swore blind that they were and they never leave before 17:00... as I was waiting in the parking lot, they hooted and waved goodbye at 16:50... seriously!!!!<br> <br> We took the car to Bosch, within 2 hours they told us what the problem was exactly, how much it would cost and when the car would be ready.<br> <br> DO NOT GO to Car Service City... shocking service, lack of interest and shady dealings
