DO NOT UNDERTAKE TO CALL ME BACK AND THEN FAIL TO DO SO

Booking made on 19/10/2023 for repairs to be carried out from MONDAY, the 23/10/2023. Vehicle was driven to Car Service City on Friday, the 20/10/2023 and parked to be inspected. Inspection done and vehicle was DRIVEN into the workshop. On the same day, namely the 20/10/2023, at 13:24 I received an SMS from my Vehicle Tracking Company: “POWER EVEN ALERT at Pieter Uys Avenue, Alberton”. On the 26/10/2023, (3 days after the scheduled booking date) after no courtesy phone call or any other form of communication had been received, I called CSC at 07:24 (on 26/10/2023). I was ASSURED that, as soon as the Engineering firm opens at 08:00, a follow-up would be made with them (the Engineering firm) to obtain estimations as to when the engineering services would have the part(s) returned to CSC so that the engine could be reassembled with the new and engineered parts. Well, today is the 27/10/2023 and still no phone call. No email either. NO NOTHING! I will not phone Car Service City again but believe me, I will share my story far and wide. I will share my story publicly. DO NOT UNDERTAKE TO CALL ME BACK AND THEN FAIL TO DO SO. I DO NOT APPRECIATE THAT! Not in the least. Clear???
