DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU STILL WANT TO USE IT.

Car Service City is unprofessional, lacks communication and urgency when dealing with your car. My car went for repairs in December, thinking when they open they can start working on it. The “manager” said it would take 2 weeks from the 6th of January 2025 and I’m typing this review on the 24th of January 2025 and they are still giving me the runaround about parts and my car is still not done. Parts that they said are being delivered on Saturday 18 January 2025

Whatever you do, please don’t take your car here if you need it urgently, they will take their sweet time.

For anything to get done, I need to call or physically go there to check on it and that’s when they will tell you a long story on why it’s still not done.

I’m not sure whether I’m taken for a ride cause I’m a lady or what, but my car issues was not suppose to take this long
