Dissatisfaction

I feel ****** by car service city in Port Elizabeth North end. I took my car there yesterday for minor service. I recieved a quote from them where they listed the staff they change when they do the minor service. Only to find out that they only change the oil and oil filter.. then the checks.. and washed the car.. nothing close to the list they send me. Second I asked them to check my speedometer, they said something about the sensor that was dirty and told me that they cleaned and and it's now fine.. the speedo still does the same thing.

What i want to know is that what you put in that list when you want the customer to come to you, why dont you do the exact reflection of what you put into that list?

I think your advertising strategy is very deceiving and that's totally wrong. I will email you the list of the staff you said you do vs what you actually did
