Disrespectful attitude by staff member

Okay. So I know parking dings happen, it's the risk we take but when an employee bumps your car in the parking lot and have the audacity to have attitude when confronted while wearing his company name on his shirt.. Okay. So I was calm at first but then when I asked for his details such as license or ID he's been driving without one and refused to give me his name. So after loosing my temper by his *********** attitude saying it's not his fault and won't be held accountable or take responsibility for his actions. Then after saying we're going to his company to report him then he all of a sudden wanted to cooperate. Like I said I understand that these things happen. But not so much as an apology. That's why I lost my temper. The company did say they'll repair my damage but that's not the point of me writing this. He is after all wearing the company name. And is still a representation of the company regardless
