Disgusting workshop with poor customer service.

My car has been in and out of their workshop and this year alone I have spent over R40 000 on these people. They always do a little bit and charge large amouts of money instead of determining what the root cause is. I have taken my car back to them and it's been over a month that it has been with them while I commut through bolt every single day.

The operations manager does not really care about his customers and told me that my car is less important and that he needs to service black friday customers first then he will attend to my car only after. Wish I never went there in the first place. I really regret. Do not go there if you know what's good for you.
