Disappointing service

Booked my car for service at the Wadeville branch 2 days prior. The service was conducted on 26 November 2021, however they didn't have the air filter. Collected my car on the 28th without the air filter replaced and they promised to contact me within a few days to have it replaced. To date I'm the one visiting the branch and calling to follow up with no avail. So disappointed
