Disappointing Service!!!

I took my car in to get a lock and door handle replaced after someone tried to break into the car.<br> They charged me almost R800 to replace (and fit) the new handle. To my disappointment, the new handle was CLEARLY way too big for my make and model car, and yet they still tried to force the handle to fit.<br> The result - the handle does not close properly from the outside, making it a much higher security risk than it was before. <br> <br> Besides that, they didn't even go through the trouble of washing off the black hand prints that are now covering my white car door! Pathetic!<br> <br> I am not a confrontational person, and my car has a lot of sentimental value to me. I am actually in tears after having to pay so much for such a pathetic service and a messed-up door handle!!!<br> <br> Please, whatever you do, NEVER NEVER make use of Car Service City!
